Building Manager /Executive

Salary Range: RM3000 ~ RM5000
Location: Selayang, Cheras.
Job Description

  • Overall in-charge and solely responsible for the entire operation of administrative, accounting, technical and coordinating all service providers daily duty and works.
  • To study and evaluate current administrative and operational system inclusive of S.O.P. of various Service Providers. Where deemed necessary to recommend changes to committee
  • To formulate and carry out regular or ad-hoc plans/actions to recover money from residents and owners owing various fees due and payable to the building account.
  • To confirm and to do banking of all daily cash and cheque collection
  • To prepare and/or compile daily report to up-date committee on administrative, financial, technical and Service Providers progress
  • To inform all committee members of all meeting dates
  • To attend committee monthly schedule meeting
  • To attend all related government agencies and other related companies if required
  • To compile a master committee meeting minutes of meeting file for submission to COB
  • To monitoring and supervising Service Providers on their daily routine jobs.To ensure all Service Providers submit daily and/or monthly activity / maintenance / repair report; (security, cleaners, landscapers, pool, pest control, lift, fire system access card, auto gate, others)
  • To evaluate Service Providers performance and do the necessary recommendations
  • To ensure Service Providers submit all claims by the predetermined date of each calendar month to facilitate the preparation of payments complete with relevant supporting documents for committee members to approve and sign all cheque payments
  • To assist Chargeman / Technician or Handyman to carry out own task daily.
  • To ensure all the M&E items and common facilities in good conditions.
  • Preferably Speak & Write : English, Malay and Mandarin.

Account Executive / Assistant / Account Cum Admin

Salary Range: RM3000 ~ RM5000
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Kepong, Selayang, Seri Kembangan
Qualification: minimum LCCI or higher
Experience: minimum 3 years or more
Job Description

  • Prepare payment voucher and issuing cheque to service provider for committee to sign at a pre-determined date. To ensure the signing procedure follow accordingly
  • To issue purchase order, invoices, statement, reminder letter to owners/residents every month on time.
  • To ensure the front counter issuing official receipt to all the payment by cash , cheque or electronic transfer.
  • To inform Building Manager of aging debtors listing so that BM can decide appropriate recovery actions subject to committee endorsement.
  • To monitor cash flow to ensure there is sufficient funds for day to day operation.
  • To handle Petty Cash for daily operation.
  • Prepare full set monthly management report , verify by Account manager to report at committee monthly meeting.
  • To forward the required report / list of daily collection to Head Office on daily basic as instructed.
  • Monitor accounting system backup every day and ensure documents filling in consistent.
  • Preferably Speak & Write : English, Malay and Mandarin.


Salary range: RM1800 ~ RM2800
Job Description

  • To carries out inspection and checking on all the common facilities and lighting on schedule basic.
  • Attend to owner’s/ tenant’s complaint for maintenance of their common area.
  • To assist Building Manager in the operation and maintenance of the M & E installation equipment and service when call upon.
  • To inspect and check water tank daily to ensure water level in the normal mode.
  • Liaise with appointed contractors for repair and maintenance works or new installations to complete the works as quickly as possible with minimal disruption.
  • To ensure all the M&E tools and equipment are well kept in the safety place and all in order after daily used.
