Ong Maju was established in the 15th of May 2014, its head office is located in the Taman Usahawan Kepong, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Ong Maju is strictly a fee based property management firm without competing ownership interest in the property holdings, assets or any JMC/MC board. Thus, our services are provided to clients without inherent conflict of interest.
We advise clients on the overall management with the objective of maintaining maximum standard of living satisfaction and to preserve the client’s investment by ensuring maximum protection of the client’s property from deterioration through proper maintenance, servicing and repair, liaison and coordination with the consultants.
